Queensland Country Heelers
The Queensland Country Heelers will play two matches in May against the Northern Territory Mossies and NSW Cockatoos before reassembling in September for a third match against a Brisbane XV as part of Queensland Rugby’s annual “City v Country” carnival day at Ballymore on Saturday, September 25.
Former Wallaby Prop Glen Panoho, from the Sunshine Coast, is the Heelers Head Coach for the 2010 campaign and will be assissted by Mark Moxon from Townsville. Former Wallaby Garrick Morgan is an independent selector.

Meanwhile, the Invitational Barbarians enjoyed an undefeated four-week tour of the United States, beating eight teams by a total margin of 631-23.
The Invitational Barbarians team incorporated players from Cairns, Burdekin, Townsville, Rockhampton, Mount Isa, Toowoomba, Goondiwindi, Emerald and Condamine, and was coached by Michael Bishop from Kingaroy and Managed by Geoff Barton from Bargara.
Their success resulted in the Invitational Barbarians being awarded the Best Rugby Side on the Pitch at the Missoula Maggotfest tournament, the most prestigious trophy of the event.
The tour was the second successful tour for the Invitational Barbarians after winning the Most Honoured Side at the Maggotfest in 2009.
