Sean Hardman
Queensland's most capped player, Sean broke Mark Connors' record of 134 caps during the 2009 Investec Super 14 season and finished the year on 137 after starting in every match.
Persistence and toughness personified, Sean may not have always been the selectors' first choice hooker for Queensland but he was always determined to prove them wrong - invariably fighting his way back to the top of the pecking order.
Sean's toughness was demonstrated when he put aside a medial ligament tear in his knee to finish the 2006 season in the run-on team for the second half of the season.
Sean has played for the Wallabies and Australia at 'A' and at U-21 level. In 2004 he was voted the Reds Most Reliable Player.
His reliability and determination was rewarded with selection for the 2007 Rugby World Cup in France, where he played against Canada in the final pool match of the tournament, and in the Australia A squad for the iRB Pacific Nations Cup.
Away from rugby, Sean is looking to build a career in commercial property.
