Schools Rugby in Queensland
Queensland Rugby provides a number of programs for growing the game in schools, foremost among them being the Ballymore Cup, the state's largest school Rugby competition.
The Ballymore Cup provides an opportunity for "non-traditional" rugby playing schools who win their respective regional championships to test themselves against other regional champions from across the state.
As well, each year the Queensland Rugby Football Schools Union selects schoolboy teams to participate in regional and national titles.

The QRFSU also hosts international teams on behalf of the ARFSU. In 2007 the QRFSU hosted Under 18 national teams from Japan and England.
