Admin Kiosk CD - an aid to good club administration

A Queensland Rugby CD designed to improve the lives of volunteer club rugby administrators is available at no cost to rugby clubs across the state.

The Club Rugby Admin Kiosk is a one-stop-shop for finding tried and tested solutions to the challenges faced by every volunteer at one time or another when running a rugby club.

Research has shown that one of the big problems in clubland is the loss of ‘know-how’ when the experienced people move on.

The free Club Rugby Admin Kiosk will help cover that gap.

The kiosk will be the place to go to find how to develop a strategic plan; how to run a safety audit; how best to organise club finances; all the things that people who have put their hand up to volunteer often want to know.

It’s packed full of resources, templates and good practice examples of how to run a better, safer and smarter club.

Information on the kiosk is divided into eight functional areas:

·         Facilities
·         Competitions
·         Participation
·         New Club Development

There’s also an accompanying Finance Edition of the Kiosk that will set up a club’s accounting system on MYOB, if the club wishes.
